i have serious issues with things like this. i make one picture that i like, then all the rest i hate, which is not good. buuut, that said, im going to try and get some new program, because paint shop pro 6 is crappy :D

i dont know what to get though, so any ideas would be much loved.

i found three really good pics from here, so i need to choose one and manip it >.<

i just dont know when ...
